I bought this Rosdorf Park Chiang 61" Floor Lamp as a New Year present for my daughter. It is as described online. Floor Lamp looks good even though I feel it is too expensive. Should come with better packaging for the price.

This is a great Rosdorf Park Chiang 61" Floor Lamp and looks much more expensive than it is. I agree with some other reviewers that it does not smell good when it first came on, so I'm hoping it will go away. The smell left after my first time with him. Thinking about getting it in another color.

I ordered Floor Lamp. Easy to assemble and took only a few minutes. I am not good at this so I was pleased. Love the white. It does not look cheap. Have had compliments on how attractive Floor Lamp. It took about a week to deliver. The Floor Lamp came. I was worried but I will order again from them. Nice not to have to pay duty as I am Canadian.

After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Floor Lamp was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Floor Lamp are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!

I was so excited to get these after reading the reviews, it is so hard to find great Floor Lamp online and I don't have time to go shopping. I tried them on right away and thought the fit was amazing.
